Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The item is missing from the parcel

Conditions:

  • Must contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Opening video of parcel is mandatory

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

  • Late claims without proof

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
